Adding interval scraping, logs of scraping, UI changes.

On this release was done:
- UI changes.
- Saving logs for feeds and show them in UI per day.
- Scraping with logic: disable URLs with lots of errors.
- Interval scraping (each 15, 30, 60 minutes) based on information from feed.
