At the high pressure station at CHPP-27 (Northern CHPP) in Mytishchi a large fire started.
Rescuers said the fire wasn't a threat to the residential sector. A fire train has been sent to the place and the aviation is being prepared. The area of fire is 200 square meters and the flame reaches a height of 50 meters. The police have blocked the traffic on both sides of the Ostashkovskoye highway. About 80 people and 20 units of equipment have already been involved in extinguishing the fire.
Baza said that eight people were injured in the fire - employees of an automobile workshop, which is located near the combined heat and power plant. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
