Ivan Stankevich: NOA building
Built in 1974 in Tokyo, the 15-storey building consists of a red brick pedestal about 8 meters high and an oval upper part covered with steel, which is dotted with a few windows, although the 8th floor has full length windows. Ivan Stankevich says

The building stands on a red brick pedestal on which a high oval block is located. To enhance the effect, a huge arched gate leads to a rather dark, almost mysterious space.
